I hope you’ll find the answers to all your questions here. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions you may have or for additional photos or details about any of my work.

SHIPPING~ 

  • Domestic shipping charge is $15.00 and includes insurance, tracking, packing and all transit costs.  In the event that you are ordering more than one piece, $6.00 will be deducted from each additional item’s shipping fees; buyer must contact us to initiate adjustment of shipping costs. Please inquire about international shipping.
  • We ship USPS Priority (sorry, no PO boxes)  with an estimated transit time of 2-3 days (not guaranteed) and turnaround time by us is within two days of receipt of payment. Signature upon delivery required.
  • If your item arrives damaged, keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately. If, upon receipt by you, if package appears damaged, it is good practice to snap a photo with your phone before opening.

PAYMENT~

  • We process payments through PayPal. It is a safe and convenient payment process in which you may choose to use credit cards as well as your bank account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no worries, you don’t need one, anyone can use PayPal. If you prefer alternate forms of payment, please contact us to make arrangements.

SALES TAX~

  • We are required to collect California sales tax in state at the rate of 7.5%

REFUNDS~EXCHANGES~

  • While I sincerely hope you’re happy with your purchase, occasionally an adjustment may be needed.  If we cannot resolve your issue with the item, returns and exchanges are possible. Please contact me within 5 business days of receipt of the piece to make arrangements.
  • The item must be returned in fine, unworn and original condition with original packaging. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days from your receipt of item.
  • Return shipping and insurance is responsibility of purchaser. No refund will be issued in the event that the item is lost or damaged;  your insurance will cover your losses in case of  damage and losses.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in fine original condition, we will refund purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment originally used. We cannot accept items that have been altered, damaged, or worn and no refund will be issued.
